Wow. Explicitly using race as a risk factor in the DEWS model raises all sorts of civil rights/equal protection questions for WI students of color. U.S. Department of Education and DOJ Civil Rights Division should be examining this for Title IV and VI compliance. Esp. if used for discipline/law enforcement
