Proof of concept of conditional aborts in #BehaviorDesigner2. DOTS brings an extra challenge with interrupting arbitrary tasks. The system is going to need many revisions before release but at least I have a working concept to iterate on.

Latest #BehaviorDesigner2 update - a MonoBehaviour task can now trigger aborts within the DOTS system. All of the other tasks are using a DOTS architecture.

The new #BehaviorDesigner2 Perform Interruption task no longer requires an Interrupt task. It uses the same system as the conditional abort system in order to interrupt any arbitrary task. (I still need to create an inspector for the task index value)

Save/Load in #BehaviorDesigner2! This feature has been requested multiple times throughout the Behavior Designer lifecycle and I'm happy to get it in the DOTS version. The tree is saved when the "2 Wait" is running. The tree is then loaded during "3 Wait".

In #BehaviorDesigner2 you will be able to add variables to the graph, GameObject, scene, or project. This makes it easier to share variables across behavior trees.

Reloading subtrees (formally external trees) at runtime just got easier and more efficient in #BehaviorDesigner2. Now you can reload a subtree reference (formally behavior tree reference) with BehaviorTree.ReevaluateSubtreeReferences. No more need to replace external trees!
