Mom’s cooking, I’m working the grill. Prosciutto wrapped, Dijon glaze, pork tenderloin. Caprese salad, asparagus, fresh local sweet corn. Steakhouse mac n’ cheese. Burgers for all the kids.

2019 Arkenstone Heimark Vineyard this evening. Paired w/ a classic angus cheeseburger + truffle fries!

Perfectly seasoned ribeye steak + chicken hot off the grill. Nachos tonight, broiled to order with all the fixings: guac, sour cream, limes, onion, fresh tomatoes and jalapeños from the garden, etc. Enjoyed w/ 2019 Familia Morgan Malbec.

Enjoying this spectacular Grand Cru Chablis while cooking up dinner. 2014 Domaine Pinson Les Clos. Wow, absolutely delicious bottle!! On the menu this evening I’m working on grilled blackened chicken cesar salad, fresh boiled eggs + garden cucumbers.

Relaxing w/ some Champagne and a cigar before I grill up dinner. 2012 Leclerc Briant Château d'Avize. 100% Chardonnay Grand Cru. 2012 is the first vintage for this release, pure and delicious! Steak + Chicken kabobs, Spanish rice and twice baked potatoes on the menu.

In the mood for a good Napa Bordeaux-style this evening. Going w/ a 2012 The Maiden. Cooking up a few SRF wagyu burgers, served Louis’ Lunch style!
