This weekend we welcomed in 2024 LHP Justin Prekop from Notre Dame High in New Jersey Justin spent 2 days at PVS where we went after some: 🔹release point work 🔹lower half sequencing / transfer 🔹glove side 🔧 He rose in Arm speed and drove elbow torque down. Nice little
