I deal w/ a lot of violent threats, vitriol, etc. But I never get more hate aimed at me than when I address racial inequities. If some people think racial disparities are as much a myth as other issues I discuss, then why do they get so much more violent & angry on this topic?

.brazz and I have actually experienced the opposite to many folks, with a significant loss in appetite. Steady on movement, water intake, and eating natural foods. It helps our bodies feel better, we just haven’t been feeling like eating much.
