Excited to share our latest manuscript! We investigated cellular hierarchies in AML using clonally-resolved single-cell multi-omics. We found some similarities to healthy differentiation but observed differences particularly at the stem cell level biorxiv.org/content/10.110… (1/n)

Extremely happy I was able to be part of the Biological Data Science Summer School in Uzhorod, Ukraine, to help out as a teaching assistant. With speakers and teachers from Europe and US, and over 60 fantastic students from all over the country.

🧬How can enhancers achieve tissue-specific activity? We use MPRAs of synthetic enhancers to derive interpretable rules on TFBS arrangement🚦and discover that negative synergies drive specificity in hematopoiesis. Shoutout to Robert Frömel & @larsplus for leading this work🦹
