Very pleased to announce this great new work by Eli Weinstein Blei Lab and myself. This paper is about using patient immune repertoire sequencing data and clinical outcomes to estimate individual TCR effects and generate amino-acid level designs of new tx.

As an R&D stage company, we wanted to work out a way to estimate clinical efficacy before we entered the clinic. To do so, we turned to the only data sets available large enough to let us make good estimates about novel therapeutics. Blog post: jurabio.com/blog/caire
