The CANCaRe Africa team, together with the Heads of the Paediatrics Department at Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital in Blantyre, Malawi - Dr Chagaluka and Dr Chimalizeni and partners had a fruitful meeting yesterday.

Our central Data Manager Cecilia Mdoka reflects on her almost 2 years journey with us. She is impressed with the achievements of the team especially the dedication of the local data managers in all the 9 sites which has resulted in near complete (> 95%) data. SIOP International Young SIOP

Meet Shakira and her granny who come from Balaka district in Malawi where she lives with her parents who are subsistence farmers. A few months ago, Shakira was diagnosed with cancer and she has been receiving treatment at Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital in Blantyre, Malawi.
