Today, I made an easy choice. I cast my ballot for Ty'Relle Stephens. I voted for a Providence Public School system where EVERY student gets a high quality education—no matter who they are, where they’re from, or what they have. Ty’Relle, I’m in your corner. The kids deserve it all.

I am deeply honored to have the support of one of the most incredible individuals I know June Rose. If elected, I will continue to work tirelessly to advocate for quality education in Providence PUBLIC schools. 🙏🏽

Paying CLOSE attention to NYC mayoral policy, esp Zohran Kwame Mamdani 👀 It’s time for the creative capital to get creative—for us in PVD to collectively reimagine what it looks like for gov’t to provide for the public good, to remake our economy with working people at its center.

Hundreds of miles away, executives of multi-billion dollar corporation Nexstar—including $40M/yr CEO Perry Sook—sit in swanky office buildings, brag about their record profits, and kick aside already underpaid reporters and staff in Providence and across the country. Disgusting.

Disgusting.

The Dems’ problem is not one of comms—it’s one of policy and delusion. There is no amount of messaging that will convince people they aren’t struggling FAR more than they should be in the richest country in the history of the world. It’s time we change their material conditions.

Last night, I was at a club in Providence. I was using the bathroom, when a man barged in and shouted, “IS THAT QUEER IN HERE?” Rattled, I left. And then I remembered: my government is on the side of the guy who barged in, not me, just trying to pee. I’m so scared for us.

Feeling hopeful & inspired reading this statement from Ty'Relle Stephens. Our public schools are at a real crossroads—it’s going to take the work of thoughtful leaders like President Stephens to overcome the obstacles and chart a student outcomes-focused path forward. You got this ❤️

6 members of the Walton family, who own Walmart, have more money than the bottom 40% of Americans combined. Do you want a party that stands with that one family or a party that stands with all of ours?

I was walking down the stairs at the DNC as an Uncommitted delegate when I felt a hand on my shoulder. It was Rep. Al Green. “I see what you all are doing, and I wanted to say: thank you.” Now more than ever, we need leaders who will stand up to fascism. Thank YOU, Congressman.

I’m pretty pumped about Dr. Abdul El-Sayed’s run for Senate, but I’m much more pumped to watch Roxie Richner help his campaign communicate its way across the finish line. Roxie is a brilliant, focused, values-driven communicator, and a CLEAR rising star in left politics. Just watch.
