Imagine you just courageously used your body as a human shield to protect an important public figure from danger. When duty called, you answered and were willing to risk it all on behalf of your country. But instead of them honoring your courage and sacrifice, the next day

OK but doesn't he have Secret Service protection and the Secret Service always knows how to find these people because they are with them? Dude isn't just leaving his phone in a car that could be broken into. That would be a national security risk?

Yeah. If you don't think your editorial board should have an opinion about this, you don't think it should have an opinion about anything. But you let the board endorse in all kinds of races right up until last week. latimes.com/opinion/story/…

Yes AND The Inquirer has a disciplined budgeting approach, whereas The Post seems to have coasted on deficits under Bezos for years and years. If you're losing that much money, you're simply not serving your audience.

Besides inflation/housing/economy, racism and sexism, Dems fought and played in mainstream and institutions whereas Trump voters (and most of America) operate outside those realms now. Perhaps we are not polarized as much as fragmented.

I am very sorry that her daughter was murdered but we don’t get to grieve by picking an unrelated person of the same race to spend the rest of their life in a concentration camp.

The wealthiest have gotten richer, and control a record share of America’s wealth. Total wealth for the richest 19 U.S. households jumped to about $2.6 trillion in 2024, the biggest one-year increase on record. on.wsj.com/4cJSnri
