One of the many advantages of the robot I like is for 90% of HPB its 4 ports across the abdomen unlike lap surg ! Rob whipple 4 across , distal same, total gastrectomy, same have to move camera from 2 to 3 for the hiatal dissection. Liver same sometimes assist between arm 1 &2 :)
