Never using Booking.com again. Their customer service sucks and they use property owners that double book and don’t communicate. They lie about it and pretend they are gonna fix your screwed up booking but don’t. #bookingcomsucks

We used Booking.com to book what apartment in Charlotte and after repeated attempts to communicate with the property owners failed we called customer service. It took 3 attempts to get customer service to acknowledge there was a problem but they still had no idea what’s wrong…
