Enjoyed a whirlwind weekend in the U.P. but time to head home in the morning. Went to a delicious corn roast ($5 all you can eat!), spent a beautiful day on the shores of Lake Michigan (never gets old) and visited friends on Gulliver Lake. It really is Pure Michigan. 🌊🌽🚤🌲

Beautiful evening tonight…stopped at my old elementary school where I worked & went “swinging” on the playground. Deserted, quiet, serene-just how I like it. Back home to the lake & watched the lake lights come to life. This always does my heart good. G’nite gang! Sweet dreams!

Happy Friday gang! When the lake begins to mist, I know autumn is close by. I love the cool morning temps, the stillness of the water, the silence of the lake before the day begins. Going to enjoy my coffee a tad longer before heading out. Have a lovely day & stay safe out there!
