Impact tests performed by ARCCA: six. Resulting punctures in the examplar sleeve: zero. Punctures in JO's sleeve: nine. Tests done by Aperture proving it's possible for a taillight to puncture a sleeve: zero. Conclusion: JO's sleeve was not bitten by a taillight.

That’s why Hank hired an accident reconstructionist who did zero accident reconstruction. The alleged accident couldn’t be reconstructed because it couldn’t happen.

Aside from being at CPD at 1:30, he was also there all day, and tried to lie about it: "I believe there might have been a stop at Canton PD before I went home." And then AJ hit him with the cardkey records proving he was there essentially all day.

For everyone living north of Cedarcrest, it's probably their shortest route to I-95. Even in bad weather, neighbors would be driving by. What did police do to find those neighbors? Nothing, of course.

Did we already know that Trooper Paul issued a report AFTER the first trial, in which Bukhenik pretended to be Officer O’Keefe—a role later reprised by Jud Welcher?

Paul on Yuriy's pose: "Bukhenik was placed in that location to show [JO's] approximate location … when this collision occurred." Hank on Jud's pose: "Dr. Welcher never … in any testimony … ever suggested this is how it happened." Slimy gaslighting.

On 1/29, Proctor interviewed Jen. On 2/1, Proctor wrote an affidavit saying Jen saw Karen drive away at 12:45 am. Also on 2/1, Proctor wrote a citation claiming there was a collision at 12:33 am. They just didn't care about getting their facts straight. x.com/Nunya9877777/s…

Missy Lerch Plaintiff is claiming the defendant promoted a false narrative. You're citing evidence that the defendant promoted a narrative. Not good enough. Your problem is that the narrative was true. Plaintiff has to do what Hank failed to do: prove Karen did it.
