My Italian guide since 2003: Check this out for ideas on seeing the Italian olive harvest made into olive oil! (Yeah, that’s me in the Carmignano and Sicilia pics!)

I’m proud to be a longtime Eastern Bank customer. They provided my engineering firm, Nitsch Engineering, a working capital LOC and equip. line back in 1994 after all of the “big” banks turned me down. We were a woman-owned business with a 3-yr backlog of work! #lovemybank #proudofmybank

OMG! I thought this was a trick question! I’ve *always* known these songs… and I thought they were quite clever! (i.e., I knew what happened as soon as I heard the first few notes of the music!)

Hey, Will Reeve: I just heard you on Good Morning America… fyi it’s “concrete” not “cement.” (Cement, water, and aggregate mixed together form concrete.) Calling it cement is akin to calling a cake “flour.” #IAmACivilEngineer

.David Muir FYI the proper term is “crushed concrete,” not “crushed cement.” Just like a cake is made with flour, concrete is made with cement (and water and aggregate). Cement is a dry gray powder. #IAmACivilEngineer #ASCE

.Maria Stephanos FYI the correct terminology is “the snow is like concrete” NOT that it’s like cement. Cement is a dry gray powder that is mixed with aggregate and water to make concrete. What you said is akin to calling a cake “flour.” #IAmACivilEngineer #ASCE

.Maria Stephanos On tonight’s news you used the phrase “cement curb.” The correct term is “concrete curb.” Cement is a dry powder that’s mixed with aggregate (sand) and water to make concrete. Calling concrete cement is akin to calling a fruit cake flour. #IAmACivilEngineer
