This week, I attended the Kick-off meeting of the project SER65+ in Guarda, Portugal. In this project, we will promote healthy ageing among older people living in low population density cross-border regions in Portugal and Spain.

I am really looking forward to collaborate with you all. It will be a very interesting project that will directly impact on our region. 💪💪
