Alabama students are leading the charge in post-COVID academic recovery — Alabama has made historic gains on the NAEP (the Nation’s Report Card) in 4th Grade Mathematics & Reading. Since 2019, Alabama’s ranking increased from 52nd to 32nd in Math and 48th to 34th in Reading.
