Today we practiced giving clear directions, focused listening, and collaboration skills! It was so cool to see these young learners engage in a seemingly simply activity, but take it SO seriously! Continuously proud of my caseload kids! 💪🏼

Positive relationships create trust & a sense of psychological safety within the learning environment. 💚 When learners feel safe & supported, they are more likely to take risks, ask questions, & engage actively in the learning process. This encourages collaboration & creativity.
