Former House Speaker John Thrasher, who also served in the Florida Senate, as president of Florida State University, and was a co-founder of The Southern Group, Florida, has passed away, according to a statement from his family via spokesperson Sarah @BascomLLC. Rest In Power, Mr. Speaker.
