The President has appointed 20 Judges of the High Court of Kenya following recommendation by the Judicial Service Commission.

The Chief Registrar of the Judiciary Winfridah Mokaya said that her priority is supporting the CJ in delivering people-centred justice, unlocking the full potential of Judiciary Fund, improving management of resources & systematizing policies.

Commissioner Everlyne Olwande highlighted the prevalent complaints that the JSC receives against Judicial Officers urging the HoS and their teams to be guided by the Judicial Code of Conduct, exercise the highest standards of integrity and remain accountable to the public.

JSC Commissioner Justice David Majanja addressed the 11th Heads of Station (HoS) forum on the crucial role the HoS play in administration of justice, highlighting competence and leadership as key components to ensure the Judiciary is an institution of excellence
