100% this!! It's taken me almost a year to realise talking is stronger than putting on a brave face. As someone now seeking help, I can't encourage any man who has experienced miscarriage to seek mental health support enough. For education please all read this, it may help. ❤️

Not many villages set up a cricket team during a pandemic. Nice inter club game last night for the first game as a reformed club for Alfrick last night. Officially out of retirement Gordon Smith what a night for cricket.

I know we shouldn't moan about the weather but, this is me after seeing patients in the community with PPE on. Absolute sweat fest. #Communityproblems shout out to all my NHS colleagues donning the PPE in the heat.

"Eggscuse" the mess but this wonderful boy won most handsome dog at the village show yesterday and we placed 2nd for our eggs thanks to our ex battery hens now living a free and happy life. Think I'm heading to middle age fast 😂. #proudanimaldad
