It’s kind of incredible how many people are going to such lengths to see this film in its truest format. If nothing else, Sinners is proof that people will pack out theaters if the theatrical experience is worth it.

Ryan Coogler is a prime example of why you should go for your dream. When you do it, & do it boldly, you invigorate a certain fire in others to do the same. Even when the stats say give it up. Films like #SINNERS remind you to stay on the path because someone needs your gift.

Coogler did it again! SinnersMovie is a cinematic masterpiece. An experience worth seeing in theaters. Don’t walk, run to see it this weekend. It’s an even better watch with Black people. We yelled at the screen, cheered, and collectively said, “oh hell nah” a few times.

When I think of #Sinners, I think of this monologue from Ma Rainey. “The world would be nothing without the blues.” The blues came from the motherland, and our ancestors took it and remixed it, and now it’s in everything we do.
