The Global Conference on Decent Jobs in Rwanda provided a key insights on youth employment across the region. The forum rallied support for youth across the digital space, providing blueprints and charting paths for creation of sustainable employment opportunities the youth.

The IFAD reflection forum provided an opportunity for review of the effectiveness of the agribusinesses model under the #JOY project. Gaps within the model were also addressed for an effective approach to youth empowerment. #ABHForum2024 #RuralYouthAgribiz

The WE4D programme aims to match the demand and supply side of employment - similar to JOY, and will work with private sector to create and sustain jobs. The programme targets 70% women, of the 3,900 beneficiaries, working closely with green companies.
