My sides are sore from laughing so hard. Fantastic dinner to wrap up our time at #CaboPress. I love that we have not only learned how to make our work better, but how to be better at life. True success does not come at the expense of our health or relationships.

9 years ago we held our first #CaboPress. Today folks are leaving the 8th (and seriously best) version of the event. The word is getting out. A different way to do a conference for founders and entrepreneurs.

Already missing our friends from #cabopress !! You just have to experience it to get it. I’m wondering if anyone else wishes they had extended the trip??😜

No one wants to learn how to create great content. They want the benefits that come from having created great content. Great content is about forming a connection with your audience. It’s not about tactics. It’s about emotion.

What’s the biggest sabotage to your lifestyle changes? You’re trying to do it all on your own. Exercise + friends = a powerful combo. More consistency and better results when you have a buddy doing all the things with ya!

Joy Bowen Such a good point. Natural leaders and driven people will not sit around and wait for opportunity to come, they tend to go out and create it.

I’m not sorry about it at all. 🤣🥰 Are you a thin mint raving fan too?? Gonna throw these bad boys in the freezer just like I would my thin mint Girl Scout cookies… Listen, ya gotta have a little dessert every day, right?! 👊🏼 that’s my approach to happy and healthy. 🥰

Here’s something super important to remember… The law of sowing and reaping. 😍😍 It tells us that we can’t be bad enough to screw it up because we can create any success we want if we put in the work. Never mistake inexperience for inability.

Stacy T Sims, PhD says, “If you do nothing else, do this: lift heavy sh*t! Muscle is your engine.” The closest thing to a magic pill or fountain of youth is high-intensity resistance training. And if your are peri or post meno, ladies, you need to lift heavy.

Really proud of Andrew Bowen for leading the discussion around creating data products at #CaboPress. Just because you can do it, doesn’t mean you should. Does it help your client with predictive behaviors that help efficiencies and drive profitability?

Isn’t the “difficult” what makes it worth while? You don’t fist pump your hands in the air and do a victory dance when you achieve something easy. Your greatest achievements were a challenge. That challenge forced you to level up. it feels good to reach the next level, yes?
