Delighted to have had the opportunity to present a lecture on “Ecocide and other Green Collar Crimes” to the Climate Change and Human Rights Workshop at Bond University. This innovative seminar investigates the interplay between human rights law and climate justice.

I am so honoured to be inducted as a Fellow of the International Academy of Financial Crime Litigators. The Academy unites world-leading financial crime litigators with the renowned Basel Institute on Governance on Governance to create a global centre of excellence.

Today marks the beginning of my 12th year teaching White Collar Crime at the Allard School of Law, a course I had the privilege of creating over a decade ago. Designing and teaching this course has been one of the most fulfilling achievements of my career.



I am deeply grateful to the Assembly of First Nations for the opportunity to present today at the National Justice Forum: Revitalization of First Nations Laws and Legal Orders. It was a profound honour to share my experience as Chair of the Judicial Council of the Tsawwassen First Nation
