My child pre medical transition was actively planning her suicide to escape a future she could not bear face. GIDS were worse than useless offering only counselling. We went private. Puberty blockers stopped all intrusive thoughts and 2 years on she is thriving.

Some of the side effects of SSRIs, biggest one being in kids especially that suicide is a real risk. I'm sure all the 'Gender Critical' cultists will be calling out Hilary Cass for suggesting this dangerous and literal experiment of giving SSRIs to trans kids to 'cure' them?

I'm aware people have received what I would call threats of SLAPPs from Schillings, acting for JK Rowling, after criticising her. A major law firm - with good motivations - has indicated it will give initial free advice to recipients of SLAPPs from lawyers acting for her.
