Okay so, I’m in dire straits.

NY unemployment keeps telling me I need to talk to a claims agent but once they transfer me, they immediately disconnect the call and say all agents are busy. I’ve tried about 10 times now.

My rent is $1150 and the latest I can send is 5/10. 🙏
