Sounds like Putin's... hinting at getting the USSR back together or is this just an old man's ranting? Hope its the latter. Putin's bold speech and if followed by actual actions might embolden China to retake Taiwan and be more aggressive in our SoutheastAsia region.

Putin has barely mentioned the separatist republics. Its all mostly about the USSR and Ukraine. He's dropped all pretenses and have focused mostly on Ukraine. He might be aiming for the entirety of the second biggest country in Europe.

There it goes. The two current largest countries and militaries in Europe are unfortunately... going to war.

I think he even threatened nuclear usage in his speech just now if other countries intervened.

Reminder: Putin just announced a military operation to "de-Nazify" a country whose president is Jewish.
