The concept “1 % better” is a cool start but lacks specificity. I like to add layers to it: - specificity, in which direction do I want to become 1% better? - is it aligned with my focus & priorities? - what action(s) will make me 1% better and in which way(s)?

We can create meaning in anything we expenses in life and what's cool, we choose the meaning. There is no "right" or "wrong" but there is definitely a good feeling choice in the short and long run.

The pain of reverting to the old self is more agonizing than any hurdle moving forward.

Every adversity, every failure, every heartache carries with it the seed on an equal or greater benefit.
