On May 17, I added a line to my account. The in-store rep promised it wouldn’t affect my Disney+/Hulu/ESPN+ bundle — a perk I’ve had for years. But immediately after, I lost access. My Verizon account still shows I have the perk — but Disney/Hulu say I need to pay.

Since then, I’ve called support 3 times (May 19, May 24, and June 5). Each time, the rep failed to fix the issue, said they’d “escalate a ticket,” and promised to follow up the next day. Not one of them ever called me back.

I’ve spent nearly five hours on the phone trying to fix this. Each time I had to re-explain everything. Each time Disney+ said: “Verizon has to restart the bundle.” And each time Verizon said: “We’re escalating it” — then ghosted me.
