Not hubris or ego. Pure🏀observation. We have to take action for⛹🏻‍♀️🏀. The best teams/girls struggle to improve for lack of competition. Other programs are trying. Adults in key/critical positions need to act. Fewer ⛹🏻‍♀️out, fewer competitive games=less fun-excitement-development.
