It was an amazing experience to represent the ⁦TWU Australia⁩ against Qantas this week in the Federal Court. The Court is considering the imposition of a penalty on Qantas for its illegal sacking of 1820 employees. Kudos to the dedicated unionists & our terrific legal team.
