The entity behind these deals is welcoming a battle with Deloitte and the CSC. Deloitte’s range of compensation can’t only apply to 🏈 and 🏀. A rev-share cap is negatively impacting women’s sports — forcing third party $ to 🥎. Lots of people watching how this plays out.

Almost a year ago I talked about Kessler not wanting to limit athlete compensation in any way. x.com/josh_delander/… He spoke about that, anti-circumvention, and anti-collusion oversight on a 40-minute podcast. College leaders shouldn’t be shocked he’s playing hardball.
