At the recent Climate Action Conference in Freetown with World Hope International @TerraTechNGO Bundesentwicklungsministerium UNDP in Sierra Leone, experts addressed the country’s urgent climate challenges. Key actions include restoring mangroves, enhancing energy management, and transitioning to renewable energy

Led by Joseph Ayamga,we assessed the TerraTech Aktion Deutschland Hilft German Embassy Freetown Bundesentwicklungsministerium funded installation of a 90KVA solar power system at the Yagoi Fish Trading Hub in 🇸🇱This 100% solar facility ensures 24/7 green energy for eco-friendly fish preservation for 4,000+ fisherfolk

We have began an incredible journey in Gboweorbu and Konia communities, Pujehun District, toward sustainable energy for all. With Trócaire Irish Aid Ireland in Sierra Leone, we installed solar systems for 43 households, lighting up lives and enabling children to study at night.

Supported by Christian Aid Sierra Leone, Irish Aid Ministry Of Gender and Children's Affairs and SL Parliament, we hosted a workshop with the Female Parliamentary Caucus and the National Women in Governance Network to strengthen their collaboration. The event emphasized the need for synergy to empower women in governance.
