213-208, House Republicans just passed a revised rule to bring up the FISA reauthorization bill after their previous one failed yesterday. This tees up amendments and votes on the legislation later today.

The Biden admin has announced it's forgiving student debt for 277,000 more borrowers — $7.4 billion in total.

In this round of forgiveness, most of the borrowers will have their debt erased through Biden's new Saving on a Valuable Education, or SAVE, plan.
