Elon has definitely changed how Community Notes impact him. Blatantly wrong misinformation has been up about Apple Intelligence for an hour and nary a single correction.

apple is adding chatGPT as a feature, not a foundational system nothing gets sent to openAI except for specific siri queries and writing requests — all gated behind a big “use chatGPT?” button they made it very clear in the keynote. this feels like deliberate misunderstanding

I'm generally a big critic of Apple, but today, Elon Musk is hard at work spewing a ton of non-sense, verifiably false, anti-Apple and anti-OpenAI rhetoric out there to create Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt (known in the industry as FUD, which Tesla was the victim of for years).

I don’t think people understand that the ChatGPT integration is nothing more than a fancy-looking API call. It's not given access to data outside of what you ask it, and it has nothing to do with the other Apple Intelligence features. It's basically the same as using the ChatGPT

I can't believe this guy calls himself an "engineer" without understanding that it's on device and opt-out. The most hypocritical part of this is that Tesla captures so much more data everywhere you drive
