Branched and multiple AP have been described across the tricuspid. #OWM in ORT diffuse atrial activation. Ablation shifted retrograde atrial activation. Successful burns had transient AP potentials higher up. Brock Gambill and I need to stare more at this. #EPeeps #WPW

Favorite part of this previously shared Ischemic VT, #Entrainment of course. Though manifest, still a beautiful example of Downstream Pacing with long stimulus to Upstream Capture, 'StaMP'd' with #HDGrid at LV apex.

Remap of right free wall AP after initial lesions showed retrograde activation narrowed to a well defined channel. High power setting to overcome weaker contact with durable success. We stared at this some more. Amazing mapping Brock Gambill #EPeeps

Left posteroseptal AP with negative delta wave in II. Earliest ventricular activation in CS branch was on top of LCx. Going transeptal beautiful AP potential on annulus and got it in less than 1 second! Arruda criteria not very specific CS location. Brock Gambill #EPeeps

Pristine LA in persAF can be a beautiful thing. Dr Rubenfire of UM taught me as a R2-“you should follow guidelines roughly 70% of the time, any less or any more, then you are not a very good doctor.” We need more data before we blindly carpet bomb target du jour. #EPeeps
