Don’t use CMJ testing on a force plate just with bodyweight. Add some extra load, create a velocity-load profile and quantify max strength, including eccentric strength. That was the focus of Zachary McClean ‘s recent publication: journals.humankinetics.com/downloadpdf/vi…
