BREAKING: Just two hours after I posted this story, the DOJ filed notice that it's DISMISSING the Presidential Records Act case against Peter Navarro.

Despite nothing but wins — including SCOTUS declining to intervene in December — the DOJ has suddenly decided to drop its PRA case against Peter Navarro. That's despite a federal judge saying Navarro may still possess as many as 350 emails that should be turned over.

Judicial Watch, the conservative group that represented Aaron Babbitt, has released a statement confirming the settlement amount of $4.975 million for the fatal shooting of Ashli Babbitt during the Jan. 6 Capitol riot.
