Dr Strange 3 should've happened by now. He should have been a major focus of this Multiverse Saga. Not sure why he was benched, it is very confusing.

The world he is referring to is a nice pipe dream. Unfortunately that's all it is, a dream. Elected officials don't have compassion, they don't even know what it means. You pretty much have to fend for yourself and just hope you survive.
