Will be a good day when we revive our appreciation for the quality and novelty of a surgeons publications and care less about the # alone. Just sayin.

How is it that NCCN still recommends TME for a cT2N0 rectal cancer when up to 50% of stage 2 or 3 patients treated with TNT will never see the inside of an O.R.?

Understanding Ted Cruz isn’t difficult. He lacks principle and has always been a chameleon who will say anything, anytime. He thinks he’s so smart no one can see through him. Ted, we can. All of us can.

After spending all night shooting around 600,000 photos of it, I’m thrilled to show you my sharpest Jupiter shot so far. This was captured using an 11” telescope and a camera I usually use for deep sky work.

Since everyone loved my last Saturn shot so much, I thought I'd take another crack at it. This is my sharpest image so far of the ringed planet. Featuring 5 moons and a photobombing star, this composite image was created from over 80,000 photos captured through my telescope.
