ecommerce is easy... 1. Solid product with good margins 2. Organic traffic that you don't have to pay for 3. Celebrities that can't stop talking about how much they love your products 4. Vertically integrated supply chain 5. Amazon style buying experience with shipping + returns

Love it when I get a discount when I've already filled out my information in the checkout and I'm selecting my shipping. Someone want to tell Patagonia they need a url exclusion for their exit intent form on urls? I teach a great free course about this ecomwithjon.com

A popup company cannot magically increase your sign up conversion rate through design, I promise. Quality of audience, targeting, and collecting data to improve your messaging and targeting will increase your subscription rates. Or just increase your discount.

Do you send out a survey in your welcome flow? 100 signup 50 open the email 5 people click to survey 3 people answer If you asked questions during the signup with live data collection... 100 people sign up 90 people provide you data This is why formtoro.com exists

Not all popup strategies are created equal. 50x ROI with Formtoro from a single form that only shows after someone dismisses another one. This is why we take a multi-form approach and you should too. It's free signups and more money.

If ecommerce was all about collecting emails then everyone would be running giveaways. That popup that shows up full page 2 seconds after you get there isn't helping anyone. Better timing = Better quality = Better data

We built multi-step forms 4 years ago, it's just now starting to catch on, but the trick isn't in the data collection but the data insights and reporting. I do love that more brands are being exposed to this though!

We're testing a new offer: Need to simplify the language a bit, but krakatoaunderwear.com/explorer 1. You order, wear the product 2. Provide a 90 second review 3. Get 100% store credit or 50% refund back De risking the first purchase in exchange for product feedback.

We just launched this today, it's pretty cool. It might just change the way you view popups for ecommerce stores entirely. youtu.be/vlZKUyOjMIM

The amount of people that complain about things instead of working towards building solutions always amazes me. Would love to see some of that anguish get channeled into something for good.

I love when people with less access to data disagree with me on things. It makes my day. Remember you only know what you know based on the access you have. Everything else is an assumption or lack of optimization.
