Wednesday's first quarter, half moon 50% lit. Also look out for clair obscur events of lunar V , just before 10pm and Lunar X an hour later, (UK time). Check out @SkyCalpro for your time and more events. #MoonHour #MoonHour™️Social

Sometimes you just get lucky. Left a camera running over night for noctilucent clouds - got none. Did catch a #fireball at 23.50.18 (2nd July) the explosion lights the clouds. It left a small debris trail visible in images for an hour. I was happily sleeping.
