Has anyone had a good experience with a Slack <-> Discord syncing tool? I want to sync all messages in a given Slack channel to a Discord channel and vice versa. Preferably without hosting my own infra

When I was beginning to write the Prisma + Cloudflare Developers D1 announcement, I wanted to make a slightly-more-than-barebones app to see what devs could do and how it would feel.

Discord is a great way to manage and connect with a community, but I really wish it had the ability to 'link' to other servers. Shared channels work so much better in Slack.

Simpler isn’t always better… but in this case I can definitely say it is. Happy that Prisma devs using Neon - Serverless Postgres will now have an ever better experience 🎉
