🚨New paper alert🚨 We've shown that the WatchBP Office Central inaccurately estimates central BP in children and adolescents. We also make the new argument that BP Device Validation studies should be stopped for futility when it's clear they won't pass. nature.com/articles/s4137…

Congrats Jonathan Glenning! Unfortunately this device vastly overestimated central BP (by 26 mmHg!!), showing once again that adult validation studies cannot be extrapolated to children.
