We can all find joy in work - just by doing a small something to help someone else creates an inner glow which carries you through the day.

Do you enjoy feeling like you’ve made a difference? Are you good at making life a little easier for others? Can you sense the impact it has yourself and others? The power to feel #JoyInWork is in your hands. A little something to make someone else’s day better. That’s all it is.

Careful study has shown that most meetings are dysfunctional. Why? Because people don't say what they truly think (diversity of thought) but what they think the leader wants to hear. But there are tried and tested ways of making meetings effective. See below, from Rebel Ideas

“But what is it that makes a good #15s30mMission?” Most effective mission ideas are small changes, small enough to fit in the TARDIS, but once that small change is through the door, it’s positive knock on effect to OTHERS can be UNLIMITED ⚙️⚙️🤩 #JoyInWork powered by 15 seconds 30 minutes 💙

Great to hear the news that NHSE may be dropping the financial incentive for CQUIN delivery next year - finally recognising that financial incentives for quality drive the wrong behaviour and unsustainable ways to meet the target (and miss the point)
