The “Safety of Rwanda” bill was passed by the UK Parliament: both UN Human Rights and UNHCR are very concerned by this decision, which breaches refugee law and won’t help address the challenges of irregular population movements.

DAY 8 of our precious 3 year old being homeless. Given hotel bookings last minute (past 8pm) for one night only each night. Thrown out each morning to start again. Haringey Council this is on yr watch. Please house them for 5 nights so that solicitor can complete challlenge.

'Scandal' barely does this justice. A plan published almost 10 years ago aimed to have (at most) 1,700 detained.

Pressure is mounting on the UK Government to drop new laws that would criminalise homelessness. The Bill will be back in Parliament very soon – now is the time to apply the final pressure to make them scrap these cruel proposals.
