Great day doing the Hardrock Challenge yesterday with my old school friend Ross to finish 2nd mixed team. It’s a local duathlon, brilliantly organised & great fun! Also really chuffed to finish as the top female and 6th runner overall. As always proud to rep #teamdotty ☺️

It was another great day supporting the PentUp Foundation foundation yesterday coaching and helping army veterans with PTSD and supporters of the charity compete in a full pentathlon. Always the most inspiring day and feel privileged to be part of it. Well done to everyone involved👊🏻
