If you ever doubt your mental health diagnosis and you are being told you are resistant to treatment, always question it and keep questioning it until you get the treatment you need and deserve #MentalHealthMatters

In need of help with your mental health? Please find a decent trust!! Speaking from experience and happy to share the apology and my personal impact statement I have received from the above trust after all the horrific mistakes they made.

Please investigate your local MH services and always question your diagnosis and any other issues you may have with them. Unfortunately, I speak from bitter experience.

Maybe learn to diagnose it first instead of shoving people into ADTU's and diagnosing them all with EUPD...
