I think it’s ridiculous how the NCAA inconsistent with these decisions… a billion dollar corporation can’t even give FAIR and EQUAL treatment to former Juco players if they don’t resolve this JUCO waiver clock issue it’s gonna real crazy the upcoming weeks! NCAA Eligibility Center ESPN

The NCAA is going to have more lawsuits on its hands if it doesn’t grant a blanket waiver for athletes who have another season of competition b/c of the Pavia decision, but can’t use it because of the 5 yr clock rule. One federal court has already enjoined the rule (Elad case).

I have prepared a draft Complaint against the NCAA, set to be filed in the same district where Jett Elad prevailed, unless the NCAA reconsiders its denial of Kaedin Robinson's eligibility waiver. The Five-Year Rule’s anticompetitive effects threaten Kaedin’s #NIL deal and season.

NCAA NCAA Football Reverse this egregious error on your part in the best interest of the player. Ashtyn Hawkins was given an extra year, did not declare for the draft because of it, played Spring ball, and THEN you changed your mind? That’s intentional sabotage. Make it right.

It’s tea time @ncaa. You need to do what’s right with Ashtyn Hawkins. You granted him eligibility which led him to not declare for nfl draft then you suddenly take it away. That’s low. I want #JusticeForHawkins. You need to #Free6.

Giving JUCO players one more year of eligibility isn’t asking for unlimited eligibility. No one’s trying to play college ball until they’re 30. Most of us are 23–25—just like plenty of athletes currently competing in D1. With redshirts, COVID waivers, and injuries, that’s the

The only thing i have to say about this is its status quo for the NCAA to be vague and incompetent about ridiculous rules they create. They will also enforce the hell out of a rule they didn’t allow schools to add cream to athletes bagels. Be done already.

NCAA Antitrust Violation‼️ Charlie Baker — You all need to fix this issue before it spirals out of control. The NCAA JUCO waiver is now creating major problems. Could this lead to a full class-action lawsuit? • NCAA is in violation of Bylaw 12.8.1.6 Rico Rico #NCAA

Players like WR Tru Edwards (currently with the Rams, but was supposed to sign with Kentucky) should also join in on the lawsuit for missed NIL opportunities. The NCAA mislead these players and a player like Tru Edwards lost over 500k because of it. Just like Jet Elad, Tru

🚨 NCAA Charlie Baker ❗️❗️❗️ Now that the House settlement has been approved, many student-athletes are finally seeing progress. But what about the rest of us—especially JUCO athletes left behind? I’ve spoken personally with 50+ players—from FCS, G5, Power 4, who were all
